The ranking assesses a sample of 90 ICT companies, measuring their maturity across three key dimensions: <strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"416\">Sustainability<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"437\">Gender Equality<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"476\">Talent Attraction &amp; Retention<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"613\">This result confirms RES Group\u2019s progress toward a business model that is increasingly responsible, inclusive and future-oriented.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1cjke5t\" data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"679\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"679\">A changing sector: sustainability as a performance driver<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"850\">The 2025 survey highlights a rapidly evolving ICT sector, where sustainability is no longer a statement of intent but an element embedded in decision-making processes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1172\">According to the findings, <strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"904\">8 out of 10 companies<\/strong> have formally assigned responsibility for sustainability, while <strong data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"979\">1 in 2<\/strong> regularly publishes a sustainability report. Attention to <strong data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1057\">gender equality<\/strong> and the ability to attract new talent is also growing, and is now seen as a strategic factor in competitiveness.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"10q30v9\" data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1216\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1216\">RES Group\u2019s position in the ranking<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1329\">In the overall ranking, RES Group places <strong data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1267\">31st<\/strong>, with the following scores across the three areas assessed:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1458\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wp78kz\" data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1367\"><strong data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1343\">70\/100<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1365\">Sustainability<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xhx0af\" data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1406\"><strong data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1381\">100\/100<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1404\">Gender Equality<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sf86st\" data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1458\"><strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1419\">50\/100<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1456\">Talent Attraction &amp; Retention<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1623\">The maximum score in <strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1500\">Gender Equality<\/strong> recognizes RES Group\u2019s commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive environment that values people regardless of gender.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"14rrn92\" data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1651\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1651\">Management comments<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1693\"><strong data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1680\">Rino Adamo, CEO of RES,<\/strong> commented:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"2211\">\n<p data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"2211\"><em>\u201cWe are pleased with this result in the Sustainable ICT Ranking, which confirms the strength of our commitment to a business model capable of combining innovation, responsibility and attention to environmental impact.
