These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital transformation and IT consulting<\/strong>, to advance processes and modernise IT systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Software development and systems integration<\/strong>, to improve the interoperability and efficiency of digital platforms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Artificial intelligence, data analytics and automation<\/strong>, to explore new applications of emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cybersecurity and digital resilience<\/strong>, to support the security and reliability of technology environments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application management and operational support<\/strong>, to manage and continuously improve IT systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specialist training and knowledge transfer<\/strong>, to support the development of technical expertise across ICT disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The framework also includes opportunities to explore pilot projects, research initiatives and exchanges of expertise, as well as solutions involving digital infrastructure and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Innovation and international collaboration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cWe believe that digital transformation is a key driver of development and that collaboration between businesses and institutions is essential to technological progress and skills development. Our engagement with Rwanda\u2019s Ministry of ICT stems from this vision and provides an opportunity to share experience, project expertise and know-how in a particularly dynamic and innovation-focused environment,\u201d<\/em> says <strong>Roberta Vitali, CEO of RES Synesis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe agreement opens a dialogue with MINICT to identify potential areas of collaboration and develop initiatives aligned with the country\u2019s technological needs.
