We are pleased to announce that RES Group has been ranked 78th in the Top 100 Sustainable ICT ranking published by Data Manager, a well-established professional magazine covering the evolution of information and communication technology and its strategic integration within organizations.

The ranking, developed by BVA Doxa, provides a snapshot of the performance of Italian ICT companies, going beyond traditional financial metrics to include three ESG indicators: sustainability, gender equality and the ability to attract and retain talent. Its objective is to assess how companies are adopting responsible growth strategies that combine economic development, sound governance and a positive impact on society and the environment.

The results highlight a growing shared commitment to sustainability, with six out of ten companies increasing their investment in sustainable initiatives over the past year. At the same time, there is still room for improvement in areas such as gender pay equality and the long-term integration of ESG policies.

Rino Adamo, CEO of RES Group, commented on the company’s inclusion in the Data Manager Italia ranking:

“We are very pleased with this recognition, which reflects the initiatives we have implemented as a group over the past few years to improve the environmental and social impact of our activities, alongside updates to our governance policies.”

He also highlighted the upcoming publication of the Group’s first ESG Report, developed ahead of regulatory requirements:

“This is a concrete sign of our commitment to ESG topics, which we aim to integrate more and more into every aspect of our activities, aware that this is only the beginning of our journey.”

Mario Bonelli, Chairman of RES Group, also expressed his appreciation for the recognition:

“We are very satisfied with this result, which encourages us to keep improving. It reflects both the growth we have achieved as a group in recent years and the actions we have taken since 2020–2021 in the area of sustainability. The BVA Doxa study, with its strong focus on ESG topics, has allowed us to give value to what we have built so far, ahead of many companies in the IT sector.”

Bonelli reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to sustainability as a core element of its strategy:

“We believe that sustainability is not a trend, but a direction of development fully aligned with our values. We are confident that we are well positioned on these topics, while also aware that many IT companies, including much larger ones, are actively working to close the gap.”

He concluded by outlining future goals:

“Our challenge will be to maintain our position in the Top 100 in the coming years, confirming that we are moving in the right direction.”
