RES Group ranks 31st in the 2025 Sustainable ICT Ranking, promoted by Data Manager and developed by BVA Doxa. The ranking assesses a sample of 90 ICT companies, measuring their maturity across three key dimensions: Sustainability, Gender Equality, and Talent Attraction & Retention.
This result confirms RES Group’s progress toward a business model that is increasingly responsible, inclusive and future-oriented.
A changing sector: sustainability as a performance driver
The 2025 survey highlights a rapidly evolving ICT sector, where sustainability is no longer a statement of intent but an element embedded in decision-making processes.
According to the findings, 8 out of 10 companies have formally assigned responsibility for sustainability, while 1 in 2 regularly publishes a sustainability report. Attention to gender equality and the ability to attract new talent is also growing, and is now seen as a strategic factor in competitiveness.
RES Group’s position in the ranking
In the overall ranking, RES Group places 31st, with the following scores across the three areas assessed:
- 70/100 in Sustainability
- 100/100 in Gender Equality
- 50/100 in Talent Attraction & Retention
The maximum score in Gender Equality recognizes RES Group’s commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive environment that values people regardless of gender.
Management comments
Rino Adamo, CEO of RES, commented:
“We are pleased with this result in the Sustainable ICT Ranking, which confirms the strength of our commitment to a business model capable of combining innovation, responsibility and attention to environmental impact. The highest score in Gender Equality reflects an environment that genuinely values people and equal opportunities. This recognition is the result of the daily work of everyone at RES, and I would like to thank them for their consistent contribution in turning objectives into concrete results.”
Mario Bonelli, Chairman of RES, added:
“We are proud of this ranking, since for the past two years we have voluntarily prepared our sustainability report, without any regulatory obligation. For us, sustainability is simply normal, because it has been part of our company culture from the very beginning: respect for people, gender equality, responsible use of resources and careful governance are simply part of who we are. This approach has allowed us to compete and stand out, even alongside much larger organizations.”
A recognition that looks ahead
RES Group’s position in the Sustainable ICT Ranking is not a destination, but one step in a broader path in which the company continues to invest in:
- responsible organizational processes
- an inclusive culture and equity policies
- talent development
- sustainable technological innovation
For RES Group, sustainability is a matter of consistency and competitiveness: a model that guides present decisions and helps build the company’s future.
